Biaxial geogrids have been utilized in pavement construction and soil stabilization projects throughout the US and worldwide. geogrid that is made from extruded polypropylene which provides superior stiffness, aperture stability and interlock capabilities for structural reinforcement of paved and unpaved roads.
The steel plastic composite geogrid is composed of high-strength steel wires wrapped in high-density
polyethylene to form high-strength strips. It is a geosynthetic material formed by ultrasonic welding at right
angles to the plane's longitude and latitude. According to engineering needs, different mesh diameters and
the number of steel wires are used to change the tensile strength of the reinforcement strips.

Product Features

the roughness of the grid surface and improve the friction coefficient between the steel plastic composite
geogrid and the soil.
2. The width of the steel plastic composite geogrid can reach 6m, achieving efficient and economical
reinforcement effects.
3. The high-density polyethylene used in the steel plastic composite geogrid can ensure that it will not be
corroded by acid, alkali, salt solution, or oil at room temperature; Not subject to water dissolution or
microbial invasion. At the same time, the polymer properties of polyethylene are also sufficient to resist
aging caused by ultraviolet radiation. After the grid is subjected to force, the longitudinal and transverse
ribs work together, without causing tension or damage to the nodes. In actual engineering, after the
compaction of the filling material, it is not subjected to UV light and oxygen erosion, so it can fully meet
the requirements of permanent engineering

A steel plastic geogrid with a longitudinal ultimate tensile strength of 50KN and a transverse ultimate
tensile strength of 50KN per linear meter is represented as GSGS50-50;
Steel plastic geogrid with a longitudinal ultimate tensile strength of 60KN and a transverse ultimate
tensile strength of 30KN per linear meter, expressed as GSGS60-30.
